1. Whole Milk:

Milk contains zero vitamins C because the important minerals in milk contain are protein, calcium, and vitamin D. If you are deficient in vitamin C, don’t rely on whole milk foods have no vitamin C content. (1)

2. Fish:

Fish falls into animal foods, and animal foods contain very little vitamin C. If you are trying for omega-3 fatty acids then you should eat a lot of fish because it is rich in omega-3, fatty acids, protein as well as vitamin D too.

3. Dried Fig:

People suffering from leg pain or bone problems should eat dried figs as they are rich in calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus. For vitamin C, these dried figs fall into the low vitamin C foods category.

4. Cucumber:

Cucumber contains 95% water part and it is useful for maximum weight loss and also for other nutrients, and minerals. Vitamin C is low in Cucumber so if there is a deficiency of Vitamin C then eating cucumber may not be an option.
